Why are you in desperate need for a relationship ? I mean the purpose of a relationship is to only add to your life. Before you get into a relationship learn to be content and happy with yourself, if you rush into one before that, then it won’t work out. You will be to clingy, probably a bit insecure, and just ultimately a bad boyfriend. 

Now tips for getting a girl ? Usually I would say be yourself, and I still whole heartedly believe that. I’m a romantic optimist, I believe that there is someone for everyone, and that true love will ultimately conquer all.

However I must add a bit more to this advice. Be a bit guarded. You seem like  a sweet person and unfortunately there are women out there who will take advantage of your heart, and might intentionally hurt you, so whoever you choose to fall in love with, make sure they deserve your love.
